Repair, Detailing, and Diagnostics
You may cancel a scheduled repair, detailing, or diagnostic appointment at no charge before work begins. Once work has started, you are responsible for the value of work performed and any parts ordered.
Transport Cancellations
- Before a carrier is assigned: cancel at no charge (any non-refundable deposit excepted).
- After a carrier is assigned but before pickup: a cancellation fee or deposit retention may apply to cover carrier costs.
- After pickup: the order cannot be cancelled while transport is in progress.
Changes and Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate changes to dates, locations, or services. Changes may affect pricing and availability.
Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel a booking if information provided is inaccurate, payment is not completed, or the service cannot be performed safely or lawfully. In such cases, eligible amounts will be refunded.
