This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to vehicle transport services provided by MAXIMUS-888 LLC.
Service Area
We arrange door-to-door vehicle transport across all 50 U.S. states. In some areas, pickup or delivery may be arranged at a nearby accessible location if your street cannot safely accommodate a transport carrier.
Scheduling and Pickup
After booking, we assign a carrier and confirm an estimated pickup window. Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may shift due to routing, weather, or other factors.
Transit Times
Estimated transit time depends primarily on distance.
- Short distances (under 500 miles): typically 1–3 days.
- Medium distances (500–1,500 miles): typically 3–6 days.
- Long distances (over 1,500 miles): typically 6–9 days.
These are estimates, not guarantees.
Open and Enclosed Transport
Open transport is economical and suitable for most vehicles. Enclosed transport offers added protection for luxury, classic, or high-value vehicles.
Insurance During Transit
Vehicles are transported by licensed, insured carriers. Carrier insurance covers damage caused during transport as described in the carrier’s policy; details are available on request.
Vehicle Preparation
- Remove personal items and aftermarket electronics.
- Keep the fuel tank no more than one-quarter full.
- Disable toll tags and alarms.
- Inform us of any non-running condition or modifications in advance.
Delivery and Inspection
At pickup and delivery, the vehicle is inspected and noted on a Bill of Lading. Please inspect your vehicle on delivery and note any concerns on the document before signing.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed.
